Croeso i Dosbarth Derbyn! 

We hope you have enjoyed a restful Summer break. We are so excited to welcome back all of our pupils to Birch Class and Beech Class. 

We are delighted to welcome our new context for learning 'Window to My World'. Throughout this exciting Autumn Term, we will have opportunities to explore the world we know, love, choose, share and see!  We will learn about our families and how they are the same and different to others.  We have so many celebrations to experience together and hope to wrap up and celebrate our learning achievements with a colourful, expressive, diverse carnival where we can all show how we belong at Danescourt Primary School.  We are looking forward to hosting a special story night where families can be invited to hear bedtime stories, songs and poems in both Welsh and English. Hot chocolate and cookies will also add to the fun.

PE
Children are taught indoor P.E. by Mrs Rees every Tuesday. Children will need comfortable clothes to change into, such as shorts and a t-shirt. We ask you to please label your children's clothes and send them in a bag so that they do not get lost. 

Book Bags
Book bags will need to be returned to school every Tuesday so that their books can be swapped. 

Home Learning
Home work books and activities begin this term.
