The Learning Forum comprises learners from Year 3 to Year 6, who have shown a real interest in how we learn (metacognition) and what we learn (curriculum) at Danescourt Primary School and actively applied to have a voice in the forum.

They are different from the School Council, in that they focus solely on learning and how to improve it.

The Learning Forum meets every term to discuss a big question and to decide upon actions:

Autumn Term: How well does our Home Learning offer support learners to make progress?

Spring Term: How can we inspire learners to become more engaged with reading?

Summer Term: To be confirmed.
